Welcome to Crypto Wallet’s ADI Earn Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.
1.1. The Campaign Start Date is 13th January, 2026.
1.2. The Campaign End Date is 31st March, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Duration of the Campaign may be subject to change at Crypto Wallet's sole discretion. For the most up-to-date information on the Campaign End Date, please refer to the FAQ section [FAQ in English | FAQ in Russian].
2.1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Crypto Wallet and verified at least at the “Basic” Identification Level. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2.2. You are not eligible to participate if your account has been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement or Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
2.3. You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the moment you make the Rewards claim and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Crypto Wallet balance.
2.4. To participate in the Campaign, you must transfer the required minimum balance or more to your ADI Earn Account (“Earn Account”) on any day during the Campaign period, but no later than 24 hours prior to the Campaign End Date.
2.5. The Campaign may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify its availability in specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
3.1. To commit ADI to the Campaign, you must transfer a specified amount of ADI from your Crypto Wallet balance to a separate Earn Account within Crypto Wallet.
3.2. The total cumulative amount of ADI that may be committed by all eligible users to the Campaign is limited to equivalent of 10,000,000.00 (ten million) USD in ADI. Once the aggregate cap is reached, no further commitments will be accepted, and participation in the Campaign will be closed to new participants as well as additional commitments from existing participants.
3.3. You may withdraw your ADI committed to the Earn Account in full at any time. However, withdrawing the full balance before the Campaign End Date will terminate your participation in the Campaign, and you will forfeit any Rewards accrued for the previous calendar day. You will remain eligible to claim any Rewards accrued prior to the date of full withdrawal.
3.4. Each User may commit between 1 (one) and 5,000.00 (five thousand) ADI. You may top up your Earn Account at any time, provided that the total committed balance does not exceed this maximum limit. The minimum commitment amount is 1 (one) ADI. Rewards will begin to accrue on your updated committed balance from 00:01 UTC on the following calendar day. Both the minimum and maximum commitment thresholds may be subject to change at Crypto Wallet’s sole discretion. 3.5. You may initiate a withdrawal of your committed ADI, either in full or in part, from your Earn Account at any time. Withdrawing the full committed balance will terminate your participation in the Campaign.
4.1. The Campaign Reward Pool is limited. Once it is exhausted, the Campaign will end. Crypto Wallet may revise the size of the Reward Pool at any time without notice.
4.2. Crypto Wallet offers a tiered Annual Percentage Yield (“APY”) structure consisting of: (i) Boosted rewards (“Boosted APY”), which apply to the portion of your committed balance up to and including 500 (five hundred) ADI for a limited period; and (ii) Basic rewards (“Basic APY”) , which apply to the portion of your committed balance exceeding 500 (five hundred) ADI (collectively, the “Rewards”). The exact APY structure for this Campaign can be found in the FAQ section [FAQ in English | FAQ in Russian]. The APY structure is not fixed and may be amended by Crypto Wallet at its discretion.
4.3. The Boosted APY is offered in addition to the Basic APY and provides extra Rewards to eligible Users who commit ADI to the Campaign. It applies only to the eligible portion of the committed balance up to 500 (five hundred) ADI, is available for 60 calendar days from initial commitment and thereafter any such balance will accrue Rewards solely at the applicable Basic APY. The structure of the Boosted APY for this Campaign is set out in the FAQ [FAQ in English | FAQ in Russian]. Crypto Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue the Boosted APY at any time.
4.4. Rewards accrue on a daily basis in ADI from the first time you commit a specified amount of ADI to the Earn account after the Campaign Start Date. Accrual applies only to full calendar days and continues until the Campaign End Date, unless you withdraw your entire balance earlier.
4.5. All Rewards are paid in ADI. Rewards are credited automatically to your Earn account on a daily basis, allowing for the calculation of further Rewards based on compound interest. Accrued Rewards from previous periods increase your committed balance throughout your participation in the Campaign unless you partially or fully withdraw the Rewards credited to your Earn account.
4.6. Following the Campaign End Date, Crypto Wallet may, at its sole discretion, close your Rewards Balance and Earn Account and transfer the entire amount to your Crypto Wallet balance.
4.7. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future Rewards, and Rewards may fluctuate or be discontinued at Crypto Wallet’s sole discretion.
Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication, and your continued participation in the Campaign shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
Crypto Wallet does not guarantee any profits or protection of committed balances or Rewards. Technical difficulties or other disruptions may interfere with or terminate the Campaign. Participation is at your own risk.
