Gold Prediction Giveaway

Welcome to Crypto Wallet’s Gold Prediction Giveaway (the "Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallets User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.

  1. Giveaway Key Dates and Terms

    1. The Giveaway Start Date is 7th March, 2026 at 13:00 UTC.
    2. The Giveaway End Date is 11th March, 2026 at 11:00 UTC.

  2. Eligibility

    1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must be a User of Crypto Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Extended” or “Advanced” to receive the Prize.
    2. You cannot participate in the Giveaway if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
    3. If Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement, these Terms at any time between the start of your participation and the announcement of the winners, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize, even if you have already been declared a winner.

  3. Participation

    1. To enter the Giveaway, a participant must submit a comment containing their prediction of the XAUT token price as of 11:00 UTC on 11th March, 2026. The comment must be posted under the official Giveaway announcement published in Crypto Wallet’s Telegram channels [Channel in English | Channel in Russian].
    2. The prediction must be expressed as an integer number without any decimal part (for example, "$3,453" or "$3,541") and must be submitted no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the Giveaway End Date, i.e., before 11:00 UTC on 10 March 2026.
    3. Each participant can submit only one comment containing a prediction. In the event a participant submits more than one such comment, all of their predictions shall be deemed invalid. Edited comments shall not be accepted and will result in automatic disqualification of participants.
    4. Comments submitted under Giveaway announcement posts in one Telegram channel will not be considered for winner selection in another channel. Each participant is eligible to win only within the one respective Telegram channel where their comment was submitted.

  4. Prize

    1. The Prize will be awarded to three participants in each Telegram channel where the respective Giveaway announcement post has been published, resulting in a total of six (6) winners.
    2. Winners will be determined based on the accuracy of their predictions compared to the actual XAUT price at the specified time. The final price will be determined based on the price chart displayed in the Crypto Wallet interface and will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
    3. Participants who submit an exact prediction of the reference price will qualify as winners. If no exact match is recorded, the winners will be determined based on the predictions closest to the reference price. For the avoidance of doubt, where no exact match is recorded, preference will be given to the closest lower value submitted earlier than others.
    4. The total Prize Pool is 600.00 (six hundred) in XAUt. Each winner shall be entitled to receive the equivalent of 100 (one hundred) USD in XAUT, which will be allocated to their Crypto Wallet.
    5. The winners will be announced on the Giveaway End Date via official Wallet Telegram channels. The Prize will be transferred to the Crypto Wallet associated with the Telegram account from which the winning comment was submitted, within three (3) calendar days following such announcement.
    6. Crypto Wallet may require any winner to complete additional verification prior to the transfer of the Prize. Failure to complete the required verification may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
    7. Participants may contact @wallet_supportbot for any Prize-related inquiries within seven (7) calendar days after the Giveaway End Date. After this period, all Prize allocations shall be considered final and will not be subject to further review, adjustment, or dispute.

  5. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

  1. Disclaimer

    1. Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature whatsoever arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, or use of the Prize, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

    2. Crypto Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or malfunctions that may affect your ability to participate in the Giveaway or receive or use Prize.

    3. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose conduct is deemed to be abusive, fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms, the User Agreement. This includes, without limitation, coordinated or automated participation, multiple entries from the same individual, or manipulation of results.
