Welcome to Crypto Wallet’s Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.
1. Overview
1.1. To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must first complete the application and agree to these Terms. Subject to Crypto Wallet’s approval of your application, you will receive a unique Referral Link.
1.2. This Referral Link serves as your tool to engage new users. By sharing it, you may become eligible to receive Rewards based on Qualifying Activity performed by users who register or are re-engaged specifically through your link. Only transactions that fall within the defined scope of this 1.3. Program may generate Rewards, as further described in Section 3.3.
Crypto Wallet does not guarantee the continued availability of the Program and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or any of its features at any time.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To participate in the Program, you must have a valid Crypto Wallet account and complete identity verification at least at “Extended” level. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Advanced" level.
2.2. You may participate in the Program using only one Crypto Wallet account and must not create or use multiple accounts for the purpose of participating in the Program or generating Rewards.
2.3. Only Users who maintain a Crypto Wallet account in good standing and comply with the User Agreement may apply for and participate in the Program. You cannot participate in the Program if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under these Terms, User Agreement and Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
3. Rewards
3.1. You may receive Rewards for specific activities performed by users who register or are re-engaged through your Referral Link (“Referred Users”). For the purposes of this Program, Referred Users include (i) new users who create a Crypto Wallet account through your Referral Link, and (ii) existing users who satisfy the inactivity requirements specified in the FAQ [FAQ in English | FAQ in Russian], are re-engaged by you through the Referral Link, and perform Qualifying Activity in their Crypto Wallet.
3.2. For the avoidance of doubt, if a Referred User is invited or re-engaged by more than one participant of the Program, Rewards shall be granted only to the participant whose Referral Link was first used by the Referred User, as determined by Crypto Wallet’s internal records. The second participant of the Program will not be eligible to receive any Rewards from the activities of this Referred User. The determination of the first participant of the Program shall be based on the timestamp of the Referred User's registration and re-engagement, as recorded in our system. For the avoidance of doubt, Crypto Wallet’s internal records, tracking systems, and attribution mechanisms shall be deemed final and binding for determining the eligibility of referrals, Qualifying Activity, and Rewards.
3.3. Participants in the Program may receive Rewards equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the trading fees generated by Referred Users from their transactions involving Perpetual Futures and Swaps within Crypto Wallet (“Qualifying Activity”), subject to any additional conditions, limitations, exclusions, or adjustments set out in the FAQ made available by Crypto Wallet from time to time [FAQ in English | FAQ in Russian].
3.4. Please note that certain services may not be available to all users and are subject to eligibility criteria, geographic restrictions, and Crypto Wallet’s internal policies. Rewards under the Program will accrue only from the activity of Referred Users who have access to such services.
3.5. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify the Reward structure, percentage, or calculation method at any time at its sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, Crypto Wallet will provide at least five (5) days’ prior notice of any material changes affecting the calculation or distribution of Rewards. However, Crypto Wallet may implement changes immediately where required for legal, regulatory, security, or risk management reasons.
3.6. Rewards will not be accrued for transactions made by Crypto Wallet users who have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited by Crypto Wallet for any reason.
3.7. You will receive Rewards within the first 10 calendar days of each month, reflecting the activities of Referred Users you invited during the previous month. Rewards will be directly credited to your Crypto Wallet account in USDT.
3.8. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to delay the distribution of Rewards where reasonably necessary to conduct risk, compliance, or fraud prevention checks.
Crypto Wallet’s determination of referral attribution, Qualifying Activity, and Rewards shall be final and not subject to dispute.
3.9. The Program has no fixed end date. Participation is available at any time while the Program remains active. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion.
3.10. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from Rewards received under the Program.
3.11. Crypto Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, cancel, adjust, or reclaim any Rewards, and to suspend or disqualify any participant from the Program, if it determines that:
(i) such Rewards were generated through fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities;
(ii) the referred activity violates these Terms, the User Agreement, or applicable laws;
(iii) the activity is suspected to involve manipulation self-referrals, multi-accounting, coordinated accounts, or the creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual or group of individuals for the purpose of generating Rewards;
(iv) the activity involves or is suspected to involve artificial traffic, fake registrations, automated scripts, bots, or any other methods intended to simulate legitimate user activity.
4. Limitations
4.1. When sharing, posting, or distributing your Referral Link, you must not engage in activities that:

You agree and warrant not refer users from Restricted Jurisdictions as defined under the User Agreement, or from any regions where Wallet’s services are prohibited by applicable law or regulation. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these restrictions, and any breach of this obligation may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of any accrued or future rewards.
4.3. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:
4.4. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any violation of the above restrictions or any other harm resulting from your use of the Referral Link. This includes, but is not limited to, legal consequences, and financial restitution for damages to third parties.
5. Brand Use
5.1. Crypto Wallet may provide you with certain logos, trademarks, or other promotional materials for use in connection with the Program (“Crypto Wallet Brand Materials”).
5.2. Crypto Wallet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use such Crypto Wallet Brand Materials solely for the purpose of promoting Crypto Wallet within the Program.
5.3. You must not modify Crypto Wallet Brand Materials or use them in any way that is misleading, creates confusion about your relationship with Crypto Wallet, or infringes Crypto Wallet’s rights. 5.4. You must not register domain names, social media accounts, or other identifiers that are identical or confusingly similar to Crypto Wallet’s trademarks.
5.5. All rights in Crypto Wallet Brand Materials remain the exclusive property of Crypto Wallet. Crypto Wallet may request the removal or modification of any use of such materials at any time.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wallet, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to any referral of users under this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims brought by users, third parties, or regulatory bodies in connection with your actions or omissions in referring users, including any breach of applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement.
7. Independent Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship between you and Crypto Wallet.
You act solely as an independent participant in the Program and have no authority to represent or bind Crypto Wallet in any manner.
8. Processing of your data
By participating in the Program, you consent to the processing of your personal information. We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and other details required to administer the Program, track referrals, calculate rewards, and improve our services. We share your information only with third-party service providers as needed and in compliance with legal obligations. We may also use your personal data for further collaborations. For more details on how we handle your data and your rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Business Partners
9.1. Certain participants may cooperate with Crypto Wallet in a business or commercial capacity ("Business Partners"). Participation of Business Partners in the Program shall be subject to Crypto Wallet's prior approval and mandatory completion of Crypto Wallet's know-your-business ("KYB") verification process, which may include submission of corporate registration documents, beneficial ownership information, identification of ultimate beneficial owners, tax documentation, sanctions screening, and such other compliance materials as Crypto Wallet may require. Participation shall not commence, and no Rewards shall accrue, until KYB verification has been successfully completed to Crypto Wallet's satisfaction. Crypto Wallet may additionally require further onboarding procedures, compliance checks, or execution of separate written agreements as a condition of participation.
9.2. Unless otherwise expressly agreed by Crypto Wallet in writing, Business Partners shall participate in the Program on the same terms applicable to other participants, to the extent applicable to legal entities, including the Reward structure, payment procedures, restrictions, limitations, and compliance obligations set out in these Terms, including Section 3 (Rewards).
9.3. Crypto Wallet may, at its sole discretion, agree with Business Partners on separate commercial arrangements, including custom Reward structures, payment terms, reporting obligations, traffic requirements, jurisdictional restrictions, marketing conditions, approval procedures, or additional compliance obligations. Any such arrangements shall be valid only where expressly set out in a written agreement signed by an authorised representative of Crypto Wallet. In the event of a conflict between such a separate agreement and these Terms, the separate agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
9.4. Business Partners shall obtain prior approval from Crypto Wallet before publishing or distributing any marketing materials, campaigns, creatives, landing pages, promotional communications, or other materials referencing Crypto Wallet or the Program. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to withdraw such approval at any time and to require immediate removal or modification of previously approved materials.
9.5. Business Partners shall ensure that any employees, contractors, agents, publishers, influencers, sub-affiliates, or other third parties acting on their behalf comply with these Terms, the User Agreement, applicable laws, and any policies or guidelines communicated by Crypto Wallet in writing from time to time. Business Partners shall remain fully responsible and liable for all acts and omissions of such parties as if they were their own.
9.6. Business Partners must clearly and prominently disclose their participation in the Program in all promotional materials and communications and must not represent themselves as employees, agents, representatives, or authorised spokespersons of Crypto Wallet. Business Partners must not create the impression of any partnership, endorsement, or official relationship with Crypto Wallet beyond participation in the Program.
9.7. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to audit, directly or through authorised third parties, a Business Partner's compliance with these Terms, including traffic sources, referral methods, sub-affiliate activity, and marketing practices, upon reasonable prior written notice, except where Crypto Wallet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or material breach, in which case no prior notice shall be required. Business Partners shall cooperate fully with any such audit and provide all reasonably requested information and access.
9.8. Crypto Wallet may request, at any time, information regarding traffic sources, promotional methods, audience targeting, marketing channels, sub-affiliate networks, or other aspects of a Business Partner's participation in the Program. Business Partners must respond to such requests promptly and in good faith.
9.9. Business Partners must keep confidential all non-public information received from Crypto Wallet in connection with the Program, including Reward structures, internal policies, reporting data, and any other information designated as confidential or which a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. This obligation shall survive termination of participation in the Program.
9.10. Business Partners must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in connection with any personal data processed in the course of their participation in the Program, including any data relating to referred users or sub-affiliates. Business Partners must not transfer or disclose such data to third parties except as required for the purposes of the Program or as required by applicable law.
9.11. Business Partners represent and warrant that they are not, and none of their ultimate beneficial owners, directors, or officers are, subject to any sanctions administered or enforced by any governmental authority or included on any sanctions list. Business Partners must comply with all applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and anti-bribery laws in connection with their participation in the Program. Business Partners must promptly notify Crypto Wallet if they become aware of any circumstances that may affect compliance with this clause.
9.12. Crypto Wallet may suspend, delay, adjust, withhold, reclaim, or refuse any Rewards, or suspend or terminate cooperation with a Business Partner, where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, sanctions, fraud prevention, compliance, reputational, or risk management purposes. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to suspend or terminate cooperation with a Business Partner at any time with immediate effect, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. Crypto Wallet reserves the right not to disclose the specific reason for termination.
9.13. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as granting any Business Partner exclusivity, guaranteed cooperation, guaranteed traffic volumes, minimum payments, or any authority to act on behalf of or legally bind Crypto Wallet.
10. Termination
10.1. Crypto Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
10.2. Crypto Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your participation in the Program with immediate effect if you violate these Terms, the User Agreement, or our internal rules, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that your participation may harm Wallet in any way. Crypto Wallet reserves the right not to disclose the specific reason for termination.
10.3. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotion of Crypto Wallet and remove any Referral Links or promotional materials where reasonably practicable.
If the termination relates to your eligibility to participate, i.e. violation of these Terms or the User Agreement, you may not receive Rewards even if you have already qualified for them.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or business interruption arising out of or related to the Program.
12.2. Crypto Wallet's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
13. Disclaimer
13.1. The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee that participation in the Program will result in any specific level of Rewards, user activity, or financial benefit.
13.2. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Program or the Referral Link. Technical failures, system maintenance, network disruptions, or other operational issues may affect the availability or functionality of the Program and may result in delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the calculation or distribution of Rewards.
13.3. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to review, validate, and determine the eligibility of any activity that may generate Rewards. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee that the Program will remain available indefinitely.
13.4. Participation in the Program does not constitute any form of partnership, agency, employment, or investment opportunity. The Program is intended solely as a promotional initiative and should not be interpreted as providing any financial, investment, or professional advice.
13.5. You acknowledge that Crypto Wallet services involve digital assets and related technologies that may be subject to market volatility, regulatory developments, or operational risks. Crypto Wallet makes no representations or warranties regarding the future availability of services, products, or features that may generate Qualifying Activity under this Program.
13.6. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1. Any disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Program shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in the Crypto Wallet User Agreement.
14.2. For the avoidance of doubt, the governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution mechanisms specified in the User Agreement shall apply to these Terms and the Program.
