Welcome to Crypto Wallet’s Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.
1. Overview
1.1. To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must first complete the application and agree to these Terms. Subject to Crypto Wallet’s approval of your application, you will receive a unique Referral Link.
1.2. This Referral Link serves as your tool to engage new users. By sharing it, you may become eligible to receive Rewards based on Qualifying Activity performed by users who register or are re-engaged specifically through your link. Only transactions that fall within the defined scope of this 1.3. Program may generate Rewards, as further described in Section 3.3.
Crypto Wallet does not guarantee the continued availability of the Program and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or any of its features at any time.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To participate in the Program, you must have a valid Crypto Wallet account and complete identity verification at least at “Extended” level. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Advanced" level.
2.2. You may participate in the Program using only one Crypto Wallet account and must not create or use multiple accounts for the purpose of participating in the Program or generating Rewards.
2.3. Only Users who maintain a Crypto Wallet account in good standing and comply with the User Agreement may apply for and participate in the Program. You cannot participate in the Program if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under these Terms, User Agreement and Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
3. Rewards
3.1. You may receive Rewards for specific activities performed by users who register or are re-engaged through your Referral Link (“Referred Users”). For the purposes of this Program, Referred Users include new users who create a Crypto Wallet account through your Referral Link, who have not conducted any transactions in Crypto Wallet or received any rewards or other accruals on their Crypto Wallet account, whether active or passive, for a continuous period of for at least three (3) months and are re-engaged by you through the Referral Link and perform Qualifying Activity in their Crypto Wallet.
3.2. For the avoidance of doubt, if a Referred User is invited or re-engaged by more than one participant of the Program, Rewards shall be granted only to the participant whose Referral Link was first used by the Referred User, as determined by Crypto Wallet’s internal records. The second participant of the Program will not be eligible to receive any Rewards from the activities of this Referred User. The determination of the first participant of the Program shall be based on the timestamp of the Referred User's registration and re-engagement, as recorded in our system. For the avoidance of doubt, Crypto Wallet’s internal records, tracking systems, and attribution mechanisms shall be deemed final and binding for determining the eligibility of referrals, Qualifying Activity, and Rewards.
3.3. Participants in the Program may receive Rewards equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the trading fees generated by Referred Users from their transactions involving Perpetual Futures and Swaps (exchange) transactions within Crypto Wallet (“Qualifying Activity”).
3.4. Please note that certain services may not be available to all users and are subject to eligibility criteria, geographic restrictions, and Crypto Wallet’s internal policies. Rewards under the Program will accrue only from the activity of Referred Users who have access to such services.
3.5. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify the Reward structure, percentage, or calculation method at any time at its sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, Crypto Wallet will provide at least five (5) days’ prior notice of any material changes affecting the calculation or distribution of Rewards. However, Crypto Wallet may implement changes immediately where required for legal, regulatory, security, or risk management reasons.
3.6. Rewards will not be accrued for transactions made by Crypto Wallet users who have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited by Crypto Wallet for any reason.
3.7. You will receive Rewards within the first 10 calendar days of each month, reflecting the activities of Referred Users you invited during the previous month. Rewards will be directly credited to your Crypto Wallet account in USDT.
3.8. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to delay the distribution of Rewards where reasonably necessary to conduct risk, compliance, or fraud prevention checks.
Crypto Wallet’s determination of referral attribution, Qualifying Activity, and Rewards shall be final and not subject to dispute.
3.9. The Program has no fixed end date. Participation is available at any time while the Program remains active. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion.
3.10. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from Rewards received under the Program.
3.11. Crypto Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, cancel, adjust, or reclaim any Rewards, and to suspend or disqualify any participant from the Program, if it determines that:
(i) such Rewards were generated through fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities;
(ii) the referred activity violates these Terms, the User Agreement, or applicable laws;
(iii) the activity is suspected to involve manipulation self-referrals, multi-accounting, coordinated accounts, or the creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual or group of individuals for the purpose of generating Rewards;
(iv) the activity involves or is suspected to involve artificial traffic, fake registrations, automated scripts, bots, or any other methods intended to simulate legitimate user activity.
4. Limitations
4.1. When sharing, posting, or distributing your Referral Link, you must not engage in activities that:

You agree and warrant not refer users from Restricted Jurisdictions as defined under the User Agreement, or from any regions where Wallet’s services are prohibited by applicable law or regulation. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these restrictions, and any breach of this obligation may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of any accrued or future rewards.
4.3. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:
4.4. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any violation of the above restrictions or any other harm resulting from your use of the Referral Link. This includes, but is not limited to, legal consequences, and financial restitution for damages to third parties.
5. Brand Use
5.1. Crypto Wallet may provide you with certain logos, trademarks, or other promotional materials for use in connection with the Program (“Crypto Wallet Brand Materials”).
5.2. Crypto Wallet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use such Crypto Wallet Brand Materials solely for the purpose of promoting Crypto Wallet within the Program.
5.3. You must not modify Crypto Wallet Brand Materials or use them in any way that is misleading, creates confusion about your relationship with Crypto Wallet, or infringes Crypto Wallet’s rights. 5.4. You must not register domain names, social media accounts, or other identifiers that are identical or confusingly similar to Crypto Wallet’s trademarks.
5.5. All rights in Crypto Wallet Brand Materials remain the exclusive property of Crypto Wallet. Crypto Wallet may request the removal or modification of any use of such materials at any time.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wallet, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to any referral of users under this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims brought by users, third parties, or regulatory bodies in connection with your actions or omissions in referring users, including any breach of applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement.
7. Independent Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship between you and Crypto Wallet.
You act solely as an independent participant in the Program and have no authority to represent or bind Crypto Wallet in any manner.
8. Processing of your data
By participating in the Program, you consent to the processing of your personal information. We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and other details required to administer the Program, track referrals, calculate rewards, and improve our services. We share your information only with third-party service providers as needed and in compliance with legal obligations. We may also use your personal data for further collaborations. For more details on how we handle your data and your rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
9.1. Crypto Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
9.2. Crypto Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your participation in the Program with immediate effect if you violate these Terms, the User Agreement, or our internal rules, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that your participation may harm Wallet in any way. Crypto Wallet reserves the right not to disclose the specific reason for termination.
9.3. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotion of Crypto Wallet and remove any Referral Links or promotional materials where reasonably practicable.
If the termination relates to your eligibility to participate, i.e. violation of these Terms or the User Agreement, you may not receive Rewards even if you have already qualified for them.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or business interruption arising out of or related to the Program.
11.2. Crypto Wallet’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Rewards paid to you under the Program during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one thousand United States dollars (USD 1000), whichever is lower.
12. Disclaimer
12.1. The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee that participation in the Program will result in any specific level of Rewards, user activity, or financial benefit.
12.2. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Program or the Referral Link. Technical failures, system maintenance, network disruptions, or other operational issues may affect the availability or functionality of the Program and may result in delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the calculation or distribution of Rewards.
12.3. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to review, validate, and determine the eligibility of any activity that may generate Rewards. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee that the Program will remain available indefinitely.
12.4. Participation in the Program does not constitute any form of partnership, agency, employment, or investment opportunity. The Program is intended solely as a promotional initiative and should not be interpreted as providing any financial, investment, or professional advice.
12.5. You acknowledge that Crypto Wallet services involve digital assets and related technologies that may be subject to market volatility, regulatory developments, or operational risks. Crypto Wallet makes no representations or warranties regarding the future availability of services, products, or features that may generate Qualifying Activity under this Program.
12.6. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1. Any disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Program shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in the Crypto Wallet User Agreement.
13.2. For the avoidance of doubt, the governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution mechanisms specified in the User Agreement shall apply to these Terms and the Program.
