Terms & Conditions — SOL Earn Campaign

Last update: 14 May 2026

Welcome to Crypto Wallet’s SOL Earn Campaign (the “Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).

These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.

Campaign Overview

1. If you participate in the Campaign, your Rewards will come from Crypto Wallet’s liquid staking of SOL on the Solana blockchain through the Jito Protocol — a liquid-staking protocol consisting of open-source, self-executing smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain. In return for staked SOL, the Jito Protocol issues JitoSOL, which Crypto Wallet may hold on your behalf for the duration of your participation. JitoSOL is not native SOL.

2. The Campaign starts on 14 May 2026 and has no set end date. Participation is available at any time during the Campaign. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to change the duration of the Campaign at its sole discretion.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Crypto Wallet and must be verified at least at Identification Level “Basic”. Depending on Crypto Wallet’s internal policies, you may be required to verify at the “Extended” or “Advanced” level.

2. You are not eligible to access the Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted or otherwise had your permissions limited by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement, these Terms or Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.

3. You may be ineligible to receive Rewards if Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement, these Terms or Crypto Wallet’s internal policies between the time Rewards were accrued and the time you attempt to withdraw them to your Crypto Wallet balance.

4. The Campaign may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify its availability in specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

Balance Committed to the Campaign

1. To commit your SOL to the Campaign, you must transfer a specified amount of SOL from your balance to a separate Earn account within Crypto Wallet (the “Earn Account”).

2. The minimum balance commitment required for the Campaign is 0.01 SOL, with no upper limit on the amount you may commit to the Campaign. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify the minimum and maximum commitment requirements at its sole discretion.

3. You may initiate a withdrawal of your SOL, either in full or in part, from your Earn Account at any time. Subject to clause 4 below, withdrawals are settled by Crypto Wallet into your Crypto Wallet balance promptly from Crypto Wallet's own liquidity, irrespective of the timing of the corresponding JitoSOL redemption with the Jito Protocol. Withdrawing the full committed balance will terminate your participation in the Campaign.

4. Notwithstanding clause 3 above, if, in Crypto Wallet's reasonable determination, the return of native SOL to you becomes unavailable, suspended, materially delayed, impaired or commercially impracticable due to any protocol-related, technical, operational, market, regulatory or force majeure event — including a smart-contract incident, exploit, governance halt, validator failure, network congestion, redemption-queue disruption, market dislocation, or a depeg or material discount of JitoSOL relative to native SOL — and Crypto Wallet's own liquidity referred to in clause 3 is insufficient or unavailable to satisfy your withdrawal in native SOL, Crypto Wallet may settle your claim under the Campaign by transferring JitoSOL to a Solana-network address designated by you, instead of returning native SOL.

Any such transfer shall, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, constitute full and final settlement of Crypto Wallet's obligations to you in respect of the relevant committed balance and any accrued Rewards. You acknowledge and agree that JitoSOL is not native SOL, that its market value may differ from the on-chain exchange rate or the value of native SOL, and that Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any difference, discount, slippage, loss of liquidity or other adverse market effect arising from such alternative settlement, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including any mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you).

Rewards

1. Crypto Wallet offers an Annual Percentage Yield (“APY”) structure, directly rewarding you based on the duration of your participation in the Campaign. The specific APY for this Campaign is updated daily and is visible in Crypto Wallet’s interface for your Earn Account. Details of the APY structure are published in the FAQ section (FAQ in English| FAQ in Russian). The APY structure is not fixed and may be adjusted at Crypto Wallet’s discretion.

2. Rewards are calculated daily based on the lower of your minimum committed balance over the two preceding full UTC calendar days (00:00–23:59 UTC). The first Reward in respect of any newly committed SOL accrues on the third full UTC calendar day following such commitment. Accrued Rewards continue to grow on the committed balance until the relevant SOL is paid out following withdrawal or alternative settlement.

3. Rewards are credited automatically to your Earn Account on a daily basis, allowing for the calculation of further Rewards based on compound interest. Accrued Rewards from previous periods increase your committed balance throughout your participation in the Campaign unless you partially or fully withdraw the Rewards credited to your Earn Account. All Rewards are paid in SOL, subject to the alternative-settlement provision in the “Balance Committed to the Campaign” section above.

4. Crypto Wallet may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonus rewards, which are a loyalty bonus for first-time participants in the Campaign (“Bonus APY”). The availability of such Bonus APY is not guaranteed and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. The specific terms governing the Bonus APY, including the applicable rate, duration and the maximum eligible commitment amount, are determined solely by Crypto Wallet and are made available within the Crypto Wallet interface. These terms are deemed current and shall prevail over any conflicting information. If a User commits an amount in excess of the maximum limit eligible for the Bonus APY, the portion of the commitment exceeding that limit shall accrue Rewards at the standard APY only.

5. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future Rewards, and that Rewards may fluctuate or be discontinued at Crypto Wallet’s sole discretion.

Risk Disclosure & Limitation of Liability

1. Crypto Wallet makes no representations, warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the profitability, returns or any financial or economic benefits associated with participation in the Campaign. Crypto Wallet does not warrant or guarantee the suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the achievement of any expected results from the Campaign. Participation is solely at the User’s own risk.

2. The Campaign is not a traditional financial deposit, investment product or savings account, and it does not carry any guarantees or protections comparable to those offered by financial institutions or regulated financial instruments. The committed SOL is not principal-protected and you may suffer partial or total loss of the SOL committed to the Campaign and of any accrued Rewards.

3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any other damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Campaign, whether based on contract, tort or otherwise.

4. Crypto Wallet does not own or control the Solana blockchain, the Jito Protocol, its smart contracts, its validators, the Jito Block Engine, MEV distribution, redemption queues, secondary markets for JitoSOL or any related infrastructure, and makes no guarantees regarding their availability, reliability or uninterrupted functionality. Since Rewards are provided from the liquid staking of SOL through the Jito Protocol, Crypto Wallet is not liable for any staking-related risks, including smart-contract failures or exploits, network congestion, governance changes, forks, validator misconduct or slashing, MEV variability, redemption-queue restrictions, depeg or material discount of JitoSOL, or fluctuations in Rewards. You further acknowledge and agree that, in the circumstances described in the “Balance Committed to the Campaign” section above, your claim under the Campaign may be discharged through the delivery of JitoSOL (or any successor liquid-staking token) instead of native SOL.

5. The Campaign may not be available to you in your country of residence, and Crypto Wallet does not guarantee access to or participation in the Campaign in any specific jurisdiction.

Termination

Crypto Wallet may terminate or suspend your access to the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to participate in the Campaign, and any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination shall not be affected unless otherwise stated.

Amendments

Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.
