Welcome to the Crypto Wallet Welcome Bonus Program (the "Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms form an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms shall prevail with respect to this Program.
1.1. The Program Start Date is 11 May, 2026 at 15:00 UTC.
1.2. The availability and duration of the Program are determined on an individual basis depending on the user’s registration and onboarding timeline, as displayed within the Crypto Wallet interface.
1.3. The Program may be available only in certain jurisdictions. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to limit, expand, or modify its availability in any jurisdiction at its sole discretion. The availability of the Program is limited and may be granted or restricted, in whole or in part, at Crypto Wallet’s sole discretion.
1.4. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to change the duration, scope, or availability of the Program at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
2.1. To participate in the Program, you must be registered for Crypto Wallet and verified at least at the “Basic” Identification Level. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2.2. You are not eligible to participate if your account has been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement or Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
2.3. If Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement or these Terms at any point between registration and Bonus disbursement, you may be disqualified from receiving the Bonus.
2.4. Where participation involves the use of specific Crypto Wallet services, you must be eligible to access and use such services in accordance with the User Agreement, applicable product terms or Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
2.5. The Program is offered on an individual basis. Eligibility, availability, and applicable conditions may vary between users based on factors determined by Crypto Wallet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to user activity, jurisdiction, and product availability, as reflected in the Crypto Wallet interface.
3.1. Participation in the Program is voluntary.
3.2. Where participation requires the completion of specific actions, the applicable requirements shall be determined by Crypto Wallet and displayed in the Crypto Wallet interface. Failure to comply with such requirements may result in disqualification.
3.3. The Program, or the ability to satisfy specific participation requirements, may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions or subject to applicable legal or regulatory restrictions. Participation and availability are not guaranteed.
3.4. Each user may participate only once, unless otherwise specified in the Crypto Wallet interface.
3.5. Only actions completed after the Program is made available to you shall be taken into account for the purposes of fulfilling the participation requirements.
3.6. The Program is provided for onboarding and engagement purposes only and is not intended to incentivise or encourage trading activity.
3.7. Any activity deemed abusive, manipulative, non-genuine, or undertaken to circumvent these Terms may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any Bonus.
4.1. Users who meet all eligibility and participation requirements may be eligible to receive a Bonus in the form of virtual assets or fractions thereof. The type and value of the Bonus may vary and shall be determined by Crypto Wallet and displayed in the Crypto Wallet interface.
4.2. The specific virtual asset awarded to each eligible participant will be selected at random and valued based on the market value determined at the time of distribution.
4.3. The Bonus is awarded randomly according to a predefined internal allocation logic. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee any specific reward outcome, and the probability of receiving any particular asset or value tier is determined solely by Crypto Wallet.
4.4. The Bonus will be credited in the form of the respective virtual asset directly to your Crypto Wallet account.
4.5. Crypto Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Bonus with another reward of equivalent or comparable value. Please note that the Bonus is not guaranteed, and its value is determined by market conditions and is not controlled by Crypto Wallet.
4.6. Crypto Wallet shall determine, at its sole discretion and on the basis of its internal records, whether the conditions for receiving the Bonus have been satisfied. Such determination shall be final.
4.7. Any Bonus-related inquiries must be submitted via @wallet_supportbot within seven (7) calendar days following your completion of all applicable participation requirements as displayed in the Crypto Wallet interface. After this period, all Bonus allocations shall be deemed final and shall not be subject to further review, adjustment, or dispute.
5.1. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time.
5.2. Crypto Wallet may take such actions without prior notice, including where fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Program.
6.1. Crypto Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, delays, errors, or malfunctions of any kind (including but not limited to those relating to internet connectivity, Telegram functionality, device compatibility, or Crypto Wallet services) that may affect a participant’s ability to access or participate in the Program, or to receive, claim, or use a Bonus.
6.2. The term “Trade” refers solely to the functionality available within the Crypto Wallet interface and does not imply the provision of any regulated trading or investment service.
6.3. Crypto Wallet makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding the Program or any bonus, including but not limited to its quality, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.4. Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses of any kind (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Program, the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Bonus, or any other cause related to the Program.
6.5. Participation in the Program may involve financial or market exposure. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee any profit, and participation does not reduce any risks associated with the use of its services.
6.6. Nothing in this Program shall be considered an offer, solicitation, or promotion of any financial product or service in any jurisdiction where such activities are restricted or prohibited.
6.7. Where participation in the Program involves trading or the use of financial products (including, without limitation, derivative instruments), such activities may involve significant risk, including the risk of loss of funds. Participation in the Program does not reduce or mitigate such risks, and you are solely responsible for any decisions to engage in such activities.
