Dollars - Flare Earn Campaign
Date: 15th October, 2025
Welcome to Crypto Wallet's Dollars - Flare Earn Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet's User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.
1.1. The Campaign Start Date is 15th October 2025 at 12:00 UTC.
1.2. The Campaign End Date is 22nd October 2025 at 23:59 UTC. The Campaign is initially scheduled to last for 7 calendar days, although this duration may be subject to change at Crypto Wallet's sole discretion. For the most up-to-date information on the Campaign End Date, please refer to the FAQ section (English, Russian).
2.1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Crypto Wallet and verified at least at the "Basic" Identification Level. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2.2. You are not eligible to participate if your account has been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement or Crypto Wallet's internal policies.
2.3. You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the moment you make the Rewards claim and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Crypto Wallet balance.
2.4. To participate in the Campaign, you must transfer the required minimum balance of USDT or more to your Dollars-Flare Earn Account ("Earn Account") on any day during the Campaign period, but no later than 24 hours prior to the Campaign End Date.
2.5. The Campaign may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify its availability in specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
3.1. To commit USDT to the Campaign, you must transfer a specified amount of USDT from your Crypto Wallet balance to a separate Earn Account within the Crypto Wallet.
3.2. The total cumulative amount of USDT that may be committed by all eligible users to the Campaign is limited to 13,000,000.00 (thirteen millions) USDT. Once the aggregate cap is reached, no further commitments will be accepted, and participation in the Campaign will be closed to new participants as well as additional commitments from existing participants.
3.3. You may withdraw your USDT committed to the Earn Account in full at any time. However, withdrawing the full balance before the Campaign End Date will terminate your participation in the Campaign, and you will forfeit any Rewards accrued for the previous calendar day. You will remain eligible to claim any Rewards accrued prior to the date of full withdrawal.
3.4. Each User may commit between 1 (one) and 999.00 (nine hundred ninety nine) USDT. You may top up your Earn Account at any time, provided that the total committed balance does not exceed this maximum limit. The minimum commitment amount is 1 (one) of USDT .
3.5. Rewards will begin to accrue on your updated committed balance from 00:01 UTC on the following calendar day. Both the minimum and maximum commitment thresholds may be subject to change at Crypto Wallet's sole discretion. 3.6. You may initiate a withdrawal of your committed USDT, either in full or in part, from your Earn Account at any time. Withdrawing the full committed balance will terminate your participation in the Campaign.
4.1. The Campaign Reward Pool is set in FLARE ("FLR") and has a limited amount. Once the Reward Pool is exhausted, the Campaign will end. Crypto Wallet may revise the size of the Reward Pool at any time without notice.
4.2. Crypto Wallet offers a tiered Annual Percentage Rate ("APR") structure, rewarding you based on the duration of your commitment. The exact APR structure for this Campaign can be found in the FAQ section (English, Russian). The APR structure is not fixed and may be amended by Crypto Wallet at its discretion.
4.3. APR is non-compounding. Rewards are calculated using simple interest based solely on your committed balance, and are initially calculated in USDT. The calculated amount is then converted to FLR at the applicable exchange rate, and rewards are automatically transferred daily to your separate Rewards Balance.
4.4. Rewards accrue on a daily basis in FLR from the first time you commit a specified amount of USDT to the Earn account after the Campaign Start Date and will continue until the Campaign End Date or the exhaustion of the Reward Pool, unless you withdraw your committed balance in full earlier. Rewards are calculated only for full calendar days on which you have committed your USDT to the Campaign.
4.5. Rewards are paid in FLR. You may withdraw Rewards at any time, and upon withdrawal, they will be transferred to your main Crypto Wallet balance. If your Rewards balance is below this amount, you will not be able to withdraw it until it increases to meet or exceed the threshold.
4.6. Following the Campaign End Date, Crypto Wallet may, at its sole discretion, close your Rewards Balance and Earn Account and transfer the entire amount to your Crypto Wallet balance.
Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication, and your continued participation in the Campaign shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
6.1. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee any profits or protection of committed balances or Rewards. Technical difficulties or other disruptions may interfere with or terminate the Campaign. Participation is at your own risk.
6.2. Mentions of "Dollar Earn" or "Dollars Earn" refers solely to the name of the Campaign and does not relate to any fiat currency with the word "dollars" in its name, any traditional financial instruments, or similar concepts.
