Welcome to Crypto Wallet’s MON Earn Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.
1.1. Under the Campaign, Rewards are generated, in part, through the staking of MON performed by Crypto Wallet on the Monad blockchain in accordance with the Monad blockchain’s proof-of-stake protocol. Rewards may consist of Basic Rewards and, where applicable, Bonus Rewards, as further described in these Terms.
1.2. Your participation in the Campaign constitutes your instruction and consent, given in accordance with these Terms and the User Agreement, for Crypto Wallet to act in the manner described in these Terms for the purposes of the Campaign.
1.3. The Campaign Start Date is 25th November 2025 and has no set end date.
1.4. This duration may be subject to change at Crypto Wallet's sole discretion. For the most up-to-date information on the Campaign End Date, please refer to the FAQ section [FAQ in English, FAQ in Russian].
2.1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Crypto Wallet and verified at least at the “Basic” Identification Level. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2.2. You are not eligible to participate if your account has been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement or Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
2.3. You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the moment you make the Rewards claim and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Crypto Wallet balance.
2.4. To participate in the Campaign, you must transfer the required minimum balance or more to your MON Earn Account (“Earn Account”) on any day during the Campaign period, but no later than 24 hours prior to the end of the Campaign.
2.5. The Campaign may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify its availability in specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
3.1. To commit MON to the Campaign, you must transfer a specified amount of MON from your Crypto Wallet balance to a separate Earn Account within Crypto Wallet.
3.2. The total cumulative amount of MON that may be committed by all eligible users to the Campaign is limited to equivalent of 250,000,000.00 (two hundred fifty million) MON. Once the aggregate cap is reached, no further commitments will be accepted, and participation in the Campaign will be closed to new participants as well as additional commitments from existing participants.
3.3. Each User may commit between 1 (one) and 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand) MON. You may top up your Earn Account at any time, provided that the total committed balance does not exceed this maximum limit. The minimum commitment amount is 1 (one) MON. Rewards will begin to accrue on your updated committed balance from 00:01 UTC on the following calendar day. Both the minimum and maximum commitment thresholds may be subject to change at Crypto Wallet’s sole discretion. 3.4. You may withdraw your MON committed to the Earn Account in full at any time. However, withdrawing the full balance will terminate your participation in the Campaign, and you will forfeit any Rewards accrued for the previous calendar day. You will remain eligible to claim any Rewards accrued prior to the date of full withdrawal.
3.5. In exceptional circumstances, including periods of increased demand or due to technical limitations, instant withdrawals may be temporarily restricted. In such cases, withdrawals may be processed within up to 18 (eighteen) hours.
4.1. Crypto Wallet offers a tiered Annual Percentage Yield (“APY”) structure consisting of: (i) Basic Rewards, the amount of which may vary based on market conditions, network performance, and protocol-level parameters(“Basic APY”); and (ii) Bonus Rewards, which are loyalty bonus for first-time participants in the Campaign (“Bonus APY”), (collectively, the “Rewards”). Rewards are distributed by Crypto Wallet directly to participants based on the duration of participation in the Campaign.
4.2. The specific Basic APY structure for this Campaign is updated daily and as visible in Crypto Wallet’s interface for your Earn account. Details of the APY structure are published in the FAQ section [FAQ in English, FAQ in Russian]. Please note that the APY structure is not fixed and may be adjusted at Crypto Wallet’s discretion based on market conditions, network performance, and protocol-level parameters.
4.3. The Bonus APY is provided on top of the Basic APY and grants additional Rewards. The specific rate of the Bonus APY is variable and may be amended or withdrawn at Crypto Wallet’s sole discretion. Details of the Bonus APY structure are published in the FAQ section [FAQ in English, FAQ in Russian].
4.4. The Bonus APY applies only to the committed balance of up to 25,000.00 (twenty five thousand) MON for the first 60 days from the initial commitment to the Campaign. If you are eligible for the Bonus APY and your committed balance exceeds 25,000.00 (twenty five thousand) MON, the portion above this limit will accrue Rewards at the Basic APY rate.
4.5. The total Bonus Reward Pool available for distribution under the Bonus APY is limited. Once this Bonus Reward Pool is exhausted, Bonus APY will no longer apply. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to revise the size of the Bonus Reward Pool at any time and without prior notice to Users.
4.6. Rewards accrue on a daily basis from the first time you commit a specified amount of MON to the Earn account after the Campaign Start Date and will continue until the end of the Campaign Date, unless you withdraw your full balance earlier.
4.7. All Rewards are paid in MON. Rewards are credited automatically to your Earn account on a daily basis, allowing for the calculation of further Rewards based on compound interest. Accrued Rewards from previous periods increase your committed balance throughout your participation in the Campaign unless you partially or fully withdraw the Rewards credited to your Earn account.
4.8. Following the end of the Campaign, Crypto Wallet may, at its sole discretion, close your Earn Account and transfer the entire amount to your Crypto Wallet balance.
4.9. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future Rewards, and Rewards may fluctuate or be discontinued at Crypto Wallet’s sole discretion.
5.1. Crypto Wallet makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the profitability, returns, or any financial or economic benefits associated with participation in the Campaign. Crypto Wallet does not warrant or guarantee the suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the achievement of any expected results from the Campaign. Participation is solely at the User’s own risk.
5.2. The Campaign is not a traditional financial deposit, investment product, or savings account, and it does not carry any guarantees or protections comparable to those offered by financial institutions or regulated financial instruments.
5.3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Campaign, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.
5.4. Crypto Wallet does not own or control the blockchain, smart contracts, or validation mechanisms and makes no guarantees regarding their availability, reliability, or uninterrupted functionality. Since Rewards are provided from staking of MON, Crypto Wallet is not liable for any staking-related risks, including smart contract failures, network congestion, governance changes, forks, validator misconduct, system failures, unplanned interruptions in blockchain network or services, hardware or software defects, security breaches, fluctuations in Rewards. The availability and amount of Rewards may be affected by these factors, and Crypto Wallet does not guarantee any specific return or continuous accrual of Rewards. You acknowledge that any digital assets committed to the Campaign may, in exceptional circumstances, be subject to loss, including partial or total loss, and that such loss may be irreversible, particularly in the event of protocol-related malfunctions, failures, or other technical or operational issues beyond Crypto Wallet’s control.
5.5. The Campaign may not be available to you in your country of residence, and Crypto Wallet does not guarantee access to or participation in the Campaign in any specific jurisdiction.
Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication, and your continued participation in the Campaign shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
Crypto Wallet may terminate or suspend your access to the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to participate in the Campaign, and any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination shall not be affected unless otherwise stated.
