TON Wallet & GoMining Giveaway

Welcome to the TON Wallet & GoMining Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms form an integral part of the TON Wallet Terms of Use. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the TON Wallet Terms of Use, the latter shall prevail.
1.1. The Giveaway start date is 19 January 2026 at 00:00 UTC.
1.2. The Giveaway end date is 23 January 2026 at 12:00 UTC (the “Giveaway Period”).
1.3. The winner selection will take place no later than 31 January 2026.
1.4. Prizes will be distributed to winners no later than 7 February 2026.
To participate in the Giveaway, users must meet all of the following requirements:
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in disqualification.
Participation in the Giveaway is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or circumvent the Giveaway process, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated actions, or automated systems, shall result in immediate disqualification.
3.1. The prize pool consists of GoMining-related digital rewards distributed among eligible participants (the “Prizes”).
3.2. A total of fifteen (15) winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible participants. Each selected winner will receive one (1) Prize, randomly allocated from the prize pool.
3.3. The winner selection process will be completed no later than 31 January 2026.
3.4. Winners will be announced via official TON Wallet communication channels.
3.5. Prizes will be provided to winners in the form of activation links for GoMining miners, which will be sent via direct message to the winners no later than 7 February 2026. Winners must activate the Prize by following the instructions provided.
Participants may submit prize-related inquiries via @wallet_supportbot within seven (7) calendar days following the announcement of the winners.
After this period, all prize allocations shall be considered final and not subject to review, adjustment, or dispute.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication. Continued participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of such changes.
TON Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, blockchain congestion, third-party service failures, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use of Prizes.
