Holiday Giveaway

Date: 14th December, 2025

Welcome to TON Wallet’s Holiday Giveaway (the "Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms are an integral part of TON Wallet’s Terms of Use. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will prevail.

  1. Giveaway Key Dates and Terms

    • 1.1. The Giveaway Start Date is 14th December 2025 at 15:00 UTC.

    • 1.2. The Giveaway End Date is 25th December 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

  2. Participation

    • 2.1. During the Giveaway, 12 posts will be published on the @tonwallet_tg account on X. A separate raffle will be held under each post.
    • 2.2. To participate in a raffle held during the Giveaway, you must, under the corresponding post:
      • a. Follow @tonwallet_tg on X;
      • b. Like and repost the raffle post; and
      • c. Comment on the post with your holiday emoji.
    • 2.3. Any attempt to manipulate or circumvent the Giveaway process, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated entries, or automated systems, shall result in immediate disqualification.

  3. Prize

    • 3.1. The total prize pool (the “Prizes”) shall consist of a limited number of NFTs, which shall be distributed among eligible participants as follows:
      • a. From 14 December 2025 to 23 December 2025, two (2 NFTs shall be awarded at random in connection with each Giveaway post (one NFT per winner);
      • b. On 25 December 2025, one (1) NFT shall be awarded at random in connection with the relevant Giveaway post.
    • 3.2. The specific NFT type, characteristics, or edition are not guaranteed and shall be allocated at random among eligible participants .
    • 3.3. Each eligible participant may receive no more than one (1) NFT per raffle, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
    • 3.4. The winner selection process shall be completed no later than 27th December, 2025 following each raffle. The list of winners will be announced via a post on the TON Wallet account @tonwallet_tg on x.com.
    • 3.5. Winners may be contacted by the TON Wallet team for the sole purpose of obtaining the information necessary to allocate the Prize, including the winner’s valid wallet address. Failure to provide such information within the requested timeframe may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
    • 3.6. Prizes shall be credited directly to each winner’s wallet address no later than 15th January, 2026.
    • 3.7. Participants may contact @wallet_supportbot for any Prize-related inquiries within five (5) calendar days after the winner announcement. After this period, all Prize allocations shall be considered final and will not be subject to further review, adjustment, or dispute.

  4. Amendments We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

  5. Disclaimer TON Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or malfunctions that may affect your ability to participate in the Giveaway or receive or use Prize.
