TON Wallet’s Tesla-x Giveaway

Welcome to TON Wallet’s Tesla-x Giveaway (the "Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms are an integral part of TON Wallet’s Terms of Use. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will prevail.

  1. Giveaway Key Dates and Terms 1.1. The Giveaway Start Date is 19th December 2025 at 15:00 UTC. 1.2. The Giveaway End Date is 5th January 2026 at 23:59 UTC.

  2. Participation
    2.1. To participate in the the Giveaway, you must:

    • a. Be a registered user of TON Wallet and comply at all times with the TON Wallet Terms of Use;
    • b. Swap your Virtual Assets to any xStocks asset(s) via TON Wallet Interface in an amount at least equal to the minimum amount required to be sent;
    • c. Send any purchased xStocks asset(s) or a fractional portion thereof, to at least five (5) Telegram contacts via TON Wallet. At the time of each transfer, the value of the xStocks asset(s), or fractional portion sent, must be equivalent to no less than USD 9. For the purposes of this requirement, any applicable transaction fees are included in this amount.

    2.2. Any actions performed prior to the Giveaway Start Date or after the Giveaway End Date shall not be counted for the purposes of participation in the Giveaway.
    2.3. Any subsequent decrease in the value of the asset after the transfer shall not affect eligibility.
    2.4. The Giveaway, or the ability to satisfy certain participation requirements, may be unavailable in specific jurisdictions due to restrictions imposed by third-party service providers or token issuers. Availability and participation are not guaranteed and may be temporarily or permanently restricted, suspended, or interrupted as a result of actions taken by the issuer of xStocks or other third parties, including for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons, and outside of TON Wallet’s control.

  3. Prize
    3.1. The total Prize Pool for the Giveaway is 50 (fifty) TSLAx.
    3.2. A total of 50 (fifty) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.
    3.3. Each winner will receive 1 (one) TSLAx.
    3.4.The winner selection process and prize distribution will be carried out within sixteen (16) calendar days following the Giveaway End Date. Prizes will be credited directly to each winner’s TON Wallet account. 3.5. Participants may contact @wallet_supportbot for any Prize-related inquiries within seven (7) calendar days after the winners announcement. After this period, all Prize allocations shall be considered final and will not be subject to further review, adjustment, or dispute.

  4. Amendments
    4.1. TON Wallet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time.
    4.2. TON Wallet further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control impair or affect the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

  5. Disclaimer
    5.1. The Giveaway is subject to the TON Wallet Terms of Use and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Participation, eligibility, and Prize availability are not guaranteed.
    5.2. TON Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, network delays, third-party service unavailability, issuer actions, or jurisdictional or compliance restrictions that may affect participation in the Giveaway, the ability to meet participation requirements, or the receipt or use of any Prize.
