Welcome to TON Wallet's USDT Earn Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
These Terms are an integral part of TON Wallet's Terms of Use. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will prevail.
The Giveaway Start Date is 5th November 2025, 2025 at 13:00 UTC.
1.2. The Giveaway End Date is 25th November 2025 at 23:59 UTC.
To participate in the the Giveaway, you must:
Be a registered user of TON Wallet and comply at all times with the TON Wallet Terms of Use;
Use the USDT Earn service by transferring USDT into the USDT Lending Vault maintained by Affluent during the Giveaway Period. The minimum amount required to participate is 100 USDT by 14th November, 2025; and
Maintain the amount placed under the USDT Earn service at least 12 calendar days.
The USDT Earn service is provided and operated entirely by the third-party provider Affluent and is subject to its own Terms of Use. TON Wallet solely provides an interface for convenient access to this service and has no control over its operation, functionality, fees, rewards, or outcomes.

Participation in the Giveaway is voluntary and at your own risk.
Any attempt to manipulate or circumvent the Giveaway process, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated entries, or automated systems, shall result in immediate disqualification.
The total prize pool (the "Prizes") shall consist of a limited number of NFTs distributed among eligible participants as follows:
Users who commit between 100 and 250 USDT shall be eligible to win NFTs from the "Swiss Watches" series. A total of five (4) winners shall be selected within this category;
Users who commit between 251 and 500 USDT shall be eligible to win NFTs from the "Artisan Brick" series. A total of two (2) winners shall be selected within this category; and
Users who commit 501 USDT or more shall be eligible to win NFTs from the "Plush Pepe" series. A total of one (1) winner shall be selected within this category.
The specific NFT type, characteristics, or edition are not guaranteed and shall be allocated at random among eligible participants within each prize category.
The winner selection process shall be conducted within two (2) calendar days following the Giveaway End Date. The list of winners will be announced via a post on the TON Wallet account @tonwallet_tg on x.com.
Prizes shall be credited directly to each winner's TON Wallet address within seven (7) calendar days of the Giveaway's conclusion.
Participants may contact @wallet_supportbot for any Prize-related inquiries within seven (10) calendar days after the Giveaway End Date. After this period, all Prize allocations shall be considered final and will not be subject to further review, adjustment, or dispute.
We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.
