Welcome to Crypto Wallet’s Price Prediction Weekend Campaign (the "Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.
The Perpetual Futures Terms of Service shall also apply to these Terms. The definitions and terms used in the Perpetual Futures Terms of Service shall apply to these Campaign Terms and shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.
1.1. The Campaign Start Date is 5th June, 2026 at 09:00 UTC.
1.2. The Campaign End Date is 8th June 2026 at 09:00 UTC or on an earlier date.
1.3. The Campaign is organized by Crypto Wallet in cooperation with CIRCLES. Certain Campaign mechanics, including Circle participation, ticket accumulation, leaderboards, rankings, and related gameplay features, are made available through CIRCLES, an independent third-party gaming platform accessible at t.me/pd_circles_bot.
2.1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Crypto Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Basic”. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2.2. You cannot participate in the Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
2.3. If Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement or these Terms at any time between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the moment of its disbursement, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.
2.4. Where participation in the Campaign requires completion of a trade in the Perpetual Futures Service, you must also be eligible to access and use the Perpetual Futures Service in accordance with the Perpetual Futures Terms of Service, the User Agreement, and any applicable product, compliance, jurisdictional, or risk restrictions imposed by Crypto Wallet.
2.5. Crypto Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine user eligibility and the availability of the Campaign, including limiting, expanding, or modifying participation criteria at any time.
3.1. The Campaign is conducted in cooperation with CIRCLES and incorporates certain gameplay, leaderboard, Circle, ranking, ticket, and reward allocation mechanics made available through the CIRCLES platform.
3.2. To participate in the Campaign, you must, during the Campaign Period, complete one or more of the following activities:
(a) participate in the Crypto Wallet price prediction mini-game by predicting whether the price of an asset will increase or decrease within the specified period;
(b) successfully complete the Crypto Wallet price prediction challenge by correctly predicting whether the price of each of the five designated assets will increase or decrease within the specified period;
(c) close one or more Perpetual Futures transactions resulting in a positive realised profit and loss (PnL); and/or
(d) achieve an aggregate trading volume in the Perpetual Futures Service with a minimum notional value of USD 10 (ten) or its equivalent,
as further communicated through the Crypto Wallet interface, the CIRCLES platform, or other official Campaign materials.
3.3. Eligible participants may receive tickets for successfully completing Campaign activities. Ticket allocation, Circle rankings, leaderboard calculations, reward eligibility criteria, and other Campaign mechanics shall be determined in accordance with the rules communicated through the CIRCLES platform.
3.4. The results of any price prediction activity will be displayed after the applicable prediction period has elapsed. Participants may receive notifications regarding the availability of results through the Crypto Wallet interface.
3.5. Unless otherwise specified in the Crypto Wallet interface or the CIRCLES platform, participants may repeat Campaign activities and make multiple attempts to complete eligible tasks during the Campaign Period.
3.6. Only activities successfully completed and recognised by Crypto Wallet and/or CIRCLES during the Campaign Period shall be taken into account for the purposes of the Campaign.
3.7. Where a Campaign task requires participation in the Perpetual Futures Service, only trades that are valid, executed, completed, and recognised by Crypto Wallet shall qualify. Trades that are cancelled, reversed, voided, abusive, manipulative, non-genuine, or undertaken to circumvent these Terms, including wash trading, self-trading, matched trading, or similar activity, shall not qualify and may result in disqualification.
3.8. The Campaign and any related games, challenges, or activities are provided for entertainment purposes only. Nothing in these Terms, the Campaign, or any related activity constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction.
3.9. Participation in the Campaign may require engaging in trading activities involving financial risk. Perpetual futures are complex, leveraged products and may result in rapid and substantial losses. You participate at your own risk.
3.10. Crypto Wallet shall determine, on the basis of its internal records and data sources selected by it, whether a participant has satisfied the participation requirements, received tickets, qualified for rewards, and otherwise complied with these Terms. Such determination shall be final.
4.1. The total Campaign reward pool is 10,000 USDT.
4.2. Rewards consist of:
(a) a leaderboard reward pool of 5,000 USDT allocated among the top ten (10) eligible Circles; and
(b) a raffle reward pool of 5,000 USDT distributed among randomly selected eligible Circles.
4.3. Participation in the raffle reward pool shall be limited to eligible Circles that include at least one participant who has accumulated ten (10) or more Campaign tickets during the Campaign Period. Circle rankings shall be determined by the total number of Campaign tickets accumulated by participants within the Circle during the Campaign Period.
4.4. The allocation of rewards among qualifying Circles shall be determined in accordance with the Campaign mechanics communicated through the Crypto Wallet interface and/or official Campaign materials.
4.5. Any reward allocated to a Circle shall be distributed among eligible participants of that Circle proportionally to the number of Campaign tickets received by each participant, unless otherwise determined by Crypto Wallet.
4.6. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to adjust, withhold, reduce, cancel, or refuse any reward where required for compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, or operational reasons.
4.7. Reward calculations, ticket counts, Circle rankings, raffle outcomes, and reward allocations determined by Crypto Wallet and/or CIRCLES shall be final.
Crypto Wallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, shorten, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time. Any modification shall become effective upon publication through Crypto Wallet's official communication channels.
6.1. Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any technical issues, system failures, delays, interruptions, malfunctions, unavailability, or degradation of services that may affect your ability to participate in the Campaign, access Campaign features, access or use the CIRCLES platform, execute trades, complete Campaign tasks, receive tickets, participate in a Circle, access leaderboards, or receive or use any Prize.
6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Wallet disclaims all liability arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, including any loss, damage, inability to participate, loss of opportunity, ranking changes, ticket calculation discrepancies, Circle-related outcomes, system errors, data inaccuracies, market disruptions, or actions taken in accordance with these Terms, the User Agreement, the Perpetual Futures Terms of Service, or information provided by third-party service providers involved in the operation of the Campaign.
6.3. Participation in the Campaign may require engaging in trading activities involving financial risk. Perpetual futures are complex, leveraged derivative instruments and may result in rapid and substantial losses, including the loss of your entire Margin and, in certain circumstances, losses exceeding your allocated funds. You acknowledge and accept these risks and participate at your own risk.
6.4. Nothing in the Campaign or these Terms constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Crypto Wallet does not assess the suitability of trading activities for your individual circumstances.
6.5. Crypto Wallet makes no representation or warranty that participation in the Campaign will be suitable, profitable, or appropriate for any user. Participation in the Campaign does not alter or reduce the risks associated with the Perpetual Futures Service, which remain fully applicable at all times.
6.6. The availability of the Perpetual Futures Service may be restricted, suspended, or unavailable due to jurisdictional, compliance, technical, or risk-management reasons. If you are unable to access or use the Perpetual Futures Service for any reason, you may be unable to satisfy the participation requirements, and Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any resulting inability to participate in the Campaign.
6.7. Certain Campaign mechanics, including Circle participation, ticket accumulation, leaderboards, rankings, reward allocation mechanics, and related gameplay features, are provided through CIRCLES, an independent third-party platform. While Crypto Wallet acts as the organizer of the Campaign, Crypto Wallet does not own, operate, manage, or control the CIRCLES platform, its infrastructure, Circle functionality, rankings, leaderboards, social interactions, ticket calculations, or other features made available through CIRCLES, and shall not be responsible for any acts, omissions, interruptions, technical failures, service unavailability, data inaccuracies, ranking determinations, Circle management decisions, ticket calculations, gameplay outcomes, or other matters attributable to the operation of the CIRCLES platform.
6.8. Crypto Wallet may rely on information, records, ticket counts, rankings, participation data, and other information provided by CIRCLES for the purposes of administering the Campaign, determining eligibility, verifying compliance with the Campaign requirements, calculating rewards, and distributing Prizes.
6.9. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or uninterrupted operation of any market data, pricing information, Campaign data, leaderboard information, ticket calculations, or other information relating to the Campaign. All determinations relating to the Campaign, including eligibility, task completion, compliance with participation requirements, reward eligibility, and Prize distribution, shall be made by Crypto Wallet on the basis of its internal records and data sources selected by it, and such determinations shall be final.
