6. Wallet Services
With Wallet you may access to various Services as follows:
6.1. Custody: Wallet is a custodial service, meaning we securely hold your private keys to ensure the protection of your Virtual Assets.
When your Virtual Assets are held in custody by us on your behalf, Wallet will record, register, and safeguard these Virtual Assets in an appropriate manner to ensure their security and proper control. Your Supported Virtual Assets will be credited to your Wallet balance and internally segregated from the Wallet’s own holdings within our system.
Wallet is not a bank account and the Virtual Assets held in the custody of Wallet are not deposits or other financial products. Wallet does not provide interest on the Supported Virtual Assets held on your behalf except as expressly provided as part of other separate Service governed by specific terms.
For your convenience the amount of Virtual Assets is provided in fiat equivalent for informational purposes only. Wallet does not offer services for exchanging Virtual Assets into fiat currency, and this information should not be interpreted as a representation of exchange rates.
6.2. Send: With Wallet, you can send your Virtual Assets to any of your Telegram contacts, or perform on-chain transfers and deposits. Please note that blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature, meaning once confirmed, they cannot be undone.
6.3. Exchange: You may exchange any of the Supported Virtual Assets or Traded Assets for designated Supported Virtual Assets (USDT or TON) directly within the Wallet. When you initiate an Exchange, you are entering into a direct transaction with Wallet, which acts as the principal counterparty. Your order is not routed to any external exchanges or trading platforms.
The Exchange rate is dynamic and provided by Wallet, based on aggregated real-time market data. You will be shown the exact Exchange rate before proceeding. Wallet does not guarantee the availability or accuracy of any displayed price, which may differ from those on third-party exchanges and is valid only for a limited period.
By confirming the Exchange, you acknowledge and agree to the rate provided by Wallet. Please be aware that Exchange rates may fluctuate, and you must confirm the transaction promptly to secure the offered rate, as it may change due to market fluctuations.
Please be advised that, due to technical issues, transactions may be cancelled at Wallet’s sole discretion in exceptional cases where the Exchange rate is significantly higher than the real-time market rate.
6.4. Wallet P2P: You can trade Supported Virtual Assets directly with other Users by either posting your own offers or accepting offers posted by others. Wallet does not act as a counterparty in these transactions. The Wallet P2P is governed by separate terms, which form an integral part of this Agreement. By using this Service, you also agree to those terms.
6.5. Purchase: You may top up your balance in Wallet using third-party services integrated with Wallet. By accessing these services, you will be redirected to a third-party platform and will be subject to their terms and conditions. Wallet is not liable for any actions, transactions, or issues arising from your use of these third-party services.
6.6. While using Wallet, you may periodically gain access to various campaigns. Please ensure that you review and understand the specific terms and conditions associated with each campaign, as they may differ and could impact your usage, rights, and obligations.
6.7. The Wallet does not handle fiat-related services or hold any fiat money on behalf of Users. Instead, it displays Users’ Virtual Assets balances and transaction amounts in fiat currency for convenience. The purchase of Virtual Asset for fiat currency is handled by third-party providers.
6.8. Certain Services may not be available in specific jurisdictions due to local regulations, internal procedures, or policies. The availability of these Services is subject to change at Wallet's sole discretion.
6.9. It is entirely your responsibility to assess whether any taxes apply to the transactions you carry out using the Services, and to ensure you withhold, collect, report, and pay the correct amounts to the relevant tax authorities. We do not provide legal or tax advice and are not responsible for determining if taxes apply to your transactions, nor for collecting, reporting, withholding, or paying any taxes related to your activities. We strongly recommend that you consult a lawyer or professional tax adviser to understand your tax obligations and status in your country of residence.
