These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in promotional giveaway campaigns (each a “Giveaway”) conducted by the Crypto Wallet. By participating in any Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the User Agreement, these Terms shall prevail with respect to Giveaways.
1. Giveaway Key Conditions
1.1. The specific parameters of each Giveaway shall be announced separately in the official Giveaway communication (e.g., post, newsletter, or in-app announcement) and shall form an integral part of these Terms, including, without limitation, the Giveaway start and end dates, any required qualifying actions, the number of winners, and the prize pool and prize type.
1.2. Different Giveaways may have different parameters, durations, and participation requirements.
1.3. Certain Giveaways may be made available only to a limited group of users, including but not limited to users selected based on internal criteria, participation history, availability of specific services, or receipt of specific communications such as newsletters or in-app notifications.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must be a User of Crypto Wallet and be verified at Identification Levels “Basic”. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may also be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2.2. You cannot participate in the Giveaway if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
2.3. If Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement or these Terms at any time between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the moment of its disbursement, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.
2.4. Where a Giveaway involves participation in specific products or services (including, without limitation, the Perpetual Futures Service), you must be eligible to access and use such products or services in accordance with the User Agreement, applicable product terms, and any jurisdictional, regulatory, or risk-based restrictions imposed by Crypto Wallet.
3. Participation
3.1. Participation in a Giveaway is voluntary.
3.2. Where a Giveaway requires the completion of a specific qualifying action, the details of such action will be specified exclusively in the Giveaway announcement. Failure to complete the required action in accordance with the announced conditions may result in disqualification.
3.3. Only one (1) participation per user is permitted unless expressly stated otherwise in the Giveaway announcement.
3.4. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or circumvent the Giveaway, including through multiple accounts, coordinated participation, or automated means, may result in immediate disqualification.
3.5. Where participation in a Giveaway requires the completion of transactions or other activities within Crypto Wallet, only actions that are executed, completed, and recognised as valid by Crypto Wallet in its internal records shall be taken into account.
3.6. Any transactions or activities that are cancelled, reversed, voided, or deemed abusive, manipulative, non-genuine, or undertaken to circumvent these Terms (including, without limitation, wash trading, self-trading, or similar behaviour) shall not be counted and may result in disqualification.
3.7. Participation in certain Giveaways may involve engaging in financial or trading activities that carry risk. Such activities may result in losses, including substantial or total loss of funds. You acknowledge and accept these risks and participate at your own risk.
3.8. You acknowledge that you will not rely on any information, communication, or materials provided in connection with a Giveaway when making trading decisions.
3.9. Nothing in any Giveaway constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Crypto Wallet does not assess the suitability of participation for your individual circumstances.
4. Prizes and Winner Selection
4.1. Winners shall be selected at random from eligible participants, unless otherwise specified in the Giveaway announcement. The number of winners is limited as specified in the Giveaway announcement.
4.2. Prizes shall be credited to each winner’s Crypto Wallet account within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of the Giveaway and the announcement of the winners, subject to successful eligibility verification and Crypto Wallet’s internal checks.
4.3. Any prize-related inquiries must be submitted via @wallet_supportbot within seven (7) calendar days following the announcement of the Giveaway winners. After this period, all prize allocations shall be deemed final and shall not be subject to further review, adjustment, or dispute.
5. Amendments and Termination We reserve the right to modify these Terms or any Giveaway at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your submission of any new entry after such posting" or "your continued use of Crypto Wallet services after such posting.
6. Disclaimer
6.1. Crypto Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or malfunctions that may affect your ability to participate in the Giveaway or receive or use the Prize.
6.2. Crypto Wallet makes no representation or warranty that participation in any Giveaway will be profitable, suitable, or appropriate for any user. Participation in a Giveaway does not alter or reduce any risks associated with the use of Crypto Wallet services.
6.3. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to any product or service required for participation in a Giveaway.
6.4. Nothing in any Giveaway shall be considered an offer, solicitation, or promotion of any financial product or service in any jurisdiction where such activities are restricted or prohibited.
7. Additional Terms for Product-Based Giveaways
7.1. Certain Giveaways may involve participation in specific Crypto Wallet products or services, including, without limitation, the Perpetual Futures Service.
7.2. In such cases, the applicable product terms (including the Perpetual Futures Terms of Service) shall apply in addition to these Terms and are hereby incorporated by reference.
7.3. Perpetual futures are complex derivative instruments that involve the use of leverage and may result in rapid and substantial losses, including losses exceeding your initial investment in certain circumstances.
7.4. Participation in such Giveaways is conditional upon your continued eligibility to access and use the relevant product or service.
