Price Prediction Game Giveaway

Welcome to Crypto Wallet’s Price Prediction Game Giveaway (the "Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.

  1. Giveaway Key Dates and Terms

    1. The Giveaway Start Date is 16th March 2026 at 15:00 UTC.
    2. The Giveaway End Date is 24th March 2026 at 23:59 UTC or on an earlier date.

  2. Eligibility

    1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must be a User of Crypto Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Basic”. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
    2. You cannot participate in the Giveaway if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
    3. If Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement or these Terms at any time between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the moment of its disbursement, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.
    4. Participation in the Giveaway is available only to users who receive the relevant offer within the Crypto Wallet interface. Crypto Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine user eligibility and the availability of the Giveaway, including limiting, expanding, or modifying participation criteria at any time.

  3. Participation

    1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must win a price prediction mini-game in which you should predict whether the price of each asset (BTC, ETH, TON, Crude Oil, and XAUt) will go up or down within one (1) hour (the “Game”). The results will be determined based on the actual market price of the respective assets.
    2. The results will be displayed one (1) hour after the completion of the Game, and you will receive a push notification once the results are available.
    3. If you correctly predict all five (5) outcomes, you will qualify as a winner and enter the Prize draw.
    4. If you correctly predict four (4) or fewer outcomes, you may try again. There is no limit on the number of attempts you may make in the Game. Each participant may qualify for the Prize draw only once, regardless of the number of attempts made in the Game.
    5. The Game is provided for entertainment purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial advice, investment recommendations, or a representation of future market performance.
    6. The determination of asset prices used for the Game results is based on data obtained from sources selected by Crypto Wallet. Crypto Wallet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such data and reserves the right to determine the final results at its sole discretion.

  4. Prize

    1. The total Prize Pool for the Giveaway is 10,000.00 (ten thousand) USDt.
    2. A total of 50 (fifty) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.
    3. Each winner will receive 200.00 (two hundred) USDt.
    4. If fewer than fifty (50) users win the Game and qualify for the Prize draw, the Prize Pool will be distributed proportionally among the selected winners.
    5. The winner selection process will be conducted within 7 (seven) calendar days following the Giveaway End Date. Prizes will be credited directly to each winner’s Crypto Wallet account, and distribution will be completed within 7 (seven) calendar days of the Giveaway’s conclusion.
    6. Participants may contact @wallet_supportbot for any Prize-related inquiries within seven (7) calendar days after the Giveaway End Date. After this period, all Prize allocations shall be considered final and will not be subject to further review, adjustment, or dispute.

  5. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.
