These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in promotional giveaway campaigns (each a “Giveaway”) conducted by the Crypto Wallet. By participating in any Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. However, where a specific provision of these Terms supplements and does not conflict with the general provisions of the User Agreement, such specific provision shall apply.
The xStocks Terms of Service shall also apply to these Terms. The definitions and terms used in the xStocks Terms of Service shall apply to these Giveaway Terms and shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.
1.1. The specific parameters of each Giveaway shall be announced separately in the official Giveaway communication (e.g., post, newsletter, or in-app announcement) and shall form an integral part of these Terms, including, without limitation, the Giveaway start and end dates, any required qualifying actions, the number of winners, and the prize pool and prize type.
1.2. Different Giveaways may have different parameters, durations, and participation requirements.
1.3. Certain Giveaways may be made available only to a limited group of users, including but not limited to users selected based on internal criteria, participation history, availability of specific services, or receipt of specific communications such as newsletters or in-app notifications.
2.1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must be a User of Crypto Wallet and be verified at Identification Levels “Basic”. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2.2. You cannot participate in the Giveaway if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
2.3. If Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement, xStocks Terms of Service or these Terms at any time between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the moment of its disbursement, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.
2.4. The Giveaway may be available only in certain jurisdictions and is subject to applicable laws, Crypto Wallet’s internal policies, and the availability of xStocks. Crypto Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, expand, suspend, or otherwise modify the availability of the Giveaway in any jurisdiction, in whole or in part. Participation and availability are not guaranteed.
2.5. Receipt of any Giveaway-related communication (including newsletters or in-app notifications) does not automatically guarantee eligibility. Final eligibility is subject to compliance with these Terms, the User Agreement, applicable laws, and service availability in the relevant jurisdiction.
3.1. Participation in a Giveaway is voluntary.
3.2. Where a Giveaway requires the completion of a specific qualifying action, the details of such action will be specified exclusively in the Giveaway announcement. Failure to complete the required action in accordance with the announced conditions may result in disqualification.
3.3. Only one (1) participation per user is permitted unless expressly stated otherwise in the Giveaway announcement.
3.4. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or circumvent the Giveaway, including through multiple accounts, coordinated participation, or automated means, may result in immediate disqualification.
3.5. Where a Giveaway requires generating a specific trading volume, such volume shall be calculated exclusively based on completed transactions in the designated xStocks asset(s) during the Giveaway period, as recorded by Crypto Wallet’s internal systems. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the qualifying volume requirement has been satisfied and to exclude any transactions deemed abusive, manipulative, artificial, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the Giveaway.
4.1. Winners shall be selected at random from eligible participants, unless otherwise specified in the Giveaway announcement. The number of winners is limited as specified in the Giveaway announcement.
4.2. Prizes shall be credited to each winner’s Crypto Wallet account within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of the Giveaway and the announcement of the winners, subject to successful eligibility verification and Crypto Wallet’s internal checks.
4.3. Any prize-related inquiries must be submitted via @wallet_supportbot within seven (7) calendar days following the announcement of the Giveaway winners. After this period, all prize allocations shall be deemed final and shall not be subject to further review, adjustment, or dispute.
4.4. The announcement of the Giveaway winners shall be made in the official Telegram channel: https://t.me/Wallet_Earn_Giveaway_Winners. By participating in the Giveaway, you expressly consent to the inclusion of your Telegram identification number in such an announcement for the purpose of identifying the winners.
5.1.Crypto Wallet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time.
5.2. Crypto Wallet further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control impair or affect the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
6.1. Crypto Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, delays, errors, or malfunctions of any kind (including but not limited to those relating to internet connectivity, Telegram functionality, device compatibility, or Crypto Wallet services) that may affect a participant’s ability to access or participate in the Giveaway, or to receive, claim, or use a Prize.
6.2. The term “Trade” refers solely to the designated feature in Crypto Wallet interface and Giveaway names and does not imply any order matching, bid–ask process, or conventional financial trading activity.
6.3. Crypto Wallet makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding the Giveaway or any prize, including but not limited to its quality, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.4. Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses of any kind (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway, the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or any other cause related to the Giveaway.
6.5. Tokenized Stocks and ETFs refer to xStocks. xStocks are tokenized representations of real-world U.S. stocks and ETFs. xStocks provide you with exposure to their performance without conferring ownership of the underlying assets. The value of xStocks depends on the price of the referenced asset and may fluctuate significantly. Investing in xStocks involves risk, including the possibility of loss of your entire investment.
