Exchange MON Giveaway

Welcome to Crypto Wallet’s Exchange MON Giveaway (the "Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.

1. Giveaway Key Dates and Terms

• 1.1. The Giveaway Start Date is 24th November 2025, 2025 at 15:00 UTC.
• 1.2. The Giveaway End Date is 30th November 2025 at 23:59 UTC or on an earlier date.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must be a User of Crypto Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Basic”. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
• 2.2. You cannot participate in the Giveaway if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
• 2.3. If Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement or these Terms at any time between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the moment of its disbursement, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.

3. Participation

• 3.1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must exchange any available Virtual Assets into MON during the Campaign Period in an amount equivalent to at least 50.00 (fifty) USD, calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
• 3.2. Only one (1) exchange transaction per User will be eligible for the purposes of the Giveaway.

4. Prize

• 4.1. The total Prize Pool for the Giveaway is 1,000,000.00 (one million) MON.
• 4.2. A total of 100 (one hundred) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.
• 4.3. Each winner will receive 10,000.00 (ten thousand) MON.
• 4.4. The winner selection process will be conducted within five (5) calendar days following the Giveaway End Date. Prizes will be credited directly to each winner’s Crypto Wallet account, and distribution will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Giveaway’s conclusion.
• 4.5. Participants may contact @wallet_supportbot for any Prize-related inquiries within seven (7) calendar days after the Giveaway End Date. After this period, all Prize allocations shall be considered final and will not be subject to further review, adjustment, or dispute.

5. Amendments We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

6. Disclaimer Crypto Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or malfunctions that may affect your ability to participate in the Giveaway or receive or use Prize.
