đź’Ž Wallet Rewards: points, boxes, season 1

Wallet Rewards is now live – a new loyalty program built directly into Wallet in Telegram, designed to turn everyday activity into real rewards.

With Wallet Rewards, using Wallet becomes more than just transactions. Users earn Points as they interact with the product, spend them on Boxes, and compete in seasonal Leaderboards for larger prizes.

How Wallet Rewards Works

Wallet Rewards is built around a simple loop:

Use Wallet → earn Points → spend Points → unlock rewards

The program has two layers running side by side:

1. Loyalty Program (Always-On)

This is the core experience.
Users interact with Wallet, earn Points, and spend them on reward Boxes at any time.

2. Seasons (Competitive Layer)

On top of the always-on system, Wallet Rewards introduces time-limited Seasons with Leaderboards and prize pools.

Each Season has:

  • fixed dates
  • a dedicated prize pool
  • a Leaderboard with defined rules

Season 1 runs from April 16 to May 20. When the season ends, the loyalty program continues.

How to Earn Points

At launch, there are three main ways to earn Points:

  • Spot trading
Users earn 1 Point for every $10 swapped in Wallet
  • Perpetuals trading
Users earn 5 Points for every $100 in trading volume across crypto, stocks, ETFs, metals, and commodities
  • Referrals
Users earn +20% of all Points generated by invited users (availability varies by region)

The program also includes multipliers – temporary boosts that increase Point earnings for specific activities. These are announced in advance in-app.

More ways to earn Points will be introduced over time.

How to Spend Points: Boxes

Points can be spent on reward Boxes, which grant randomized crypto rewards.

  • Higher-tier Boxes offer larger potential rewards
  • Boxes are limited in supply (per user and per season)
  • Availability is visible directly in the Wallet Rewards section

Rewards include a mix of digital assets such as $LIT, $ADI, gold, and xStocks.

Over time, Wallet Rewards will expand to include more ways to use Points, including rewards without supply limits.

Season 1: $500,000 in Rewards

Wallet Rewards launches with its first Season, featuring a total reward pool of $500,000.

Two reward mechanics:

  1. Boxes – $300,000 pool
Points can be spent to open Boxes and receive rewards instantly. Available to all users, regardless of Leaderboard position.

  2. Leaderboard – $200,000 pool
Users compete for fixed prizes based on their ranking.

How the Leaderboard Works

  • Rankings are based on Points earned during the season
  • Spending Points does not affect ranking
  • Minimum 1,000 Points required to qualify
  • If tied, the user who reached the score first ranks higher

Prize structure (1,000 winners):

  • 1st place: $50,000
  • Top 10: $500 – $10,000
  • Top 100: $300 each
  • Top 500: $100 each
  • +500 winners via weighted draw: $100 each

The weighted draw gives participants a chance to win based on the total number of Points earned.

Payouts

  • Rewards are distributed within 14 days after the season ends
  • Paid in $LIT, $ADI, gold and xStocks
  • USD values are fixed at the exchange rate at season close

What’s Next

Wallet Rewards is built as a permanent program:

  • Points do not expire
  • Rules are fixed for each season
  • New seasons, mechanics and rewards will continue to roll out

Season 1 marks the beginning of the program, with further expansion planned over time.

“With Wallet Rewards, we’re bringing a familiar Web2-style rewards experience into Web3,” said Alex Kralkin, Director of Wealth & Investment at Wallet in Telegram. “The program is designed as a full-scale loyalty experience from day one, with further enhancements over time to match what users expect from modern digital banks, seamlessly embedded in Telegram.”
