Welcome to Crypto Wallet’s Tesla-x Giveaway (the "Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.

The xStocks Terms of Service shall also apply to these Terms. The definitions and terms used in the xStocks Terms of Service shall apply to these Giveaway Terms and shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.

1. Giveaway Key Dates and Terms

• 1.1. The Giveaway Start Date is 15th December 2025, 2025 at 15:00 UTC.
• 1.2. The Giveaway End Date is 1st January 2025 at 23:59 UTC.
• 1.3. The Giveaway may be available only in certain jurisdictions. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to limit, expand, or modify its availability in any jurisdiction at its sole discretion. The availability of the Giveaway is limited and may be granted or restricted, in whole or in part, at Crypto Wallet’s sole discretion.
• 1.4. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to change the duration, scope, or availability of the Giveaway at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must be registered for Crypto Wallet and verified at least at the “Basic” Identification Level. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
• 2.2. You are not eligible to participate if your account has been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement or Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
• 2.3. If Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement, these Terms or xStocks Terms of Service at any point between registration and Bonus disbursement, you may be disqualified from receiving the Bonus.

3. Participation

• 3.1. To participate in the the Giveaway, you must:

  • a. Purchase any xStocks or ETFs asset(s) in Trade section of the Crypto Wallet in an amount at least equal to the minimum amount required to be sent;
  • b. Send any xStocks or ETFs asset(s) purchased in the Trade section, or a fractional portion thereof, to at least five (5) Telegram contacts. At the time of each transfer, the value of the xStocks or ETFs asset(s), or fractional portion sent, must be equivalent to no less than USD 9.

• 3.2.  Any actions performed prior to the Giveaway Start Date or after the Giveaway End Date shall not be counted for the purposes of participation in the Giveaway.

• 3.3. Any subsequent decrease in the value of the asset after the transfer shall not affect eligibility. The value of each qualifying transaction shall be determined and fixed at the time of transfer and must be equivalent to at least USD 9.

• 3.4. The Giveaway, or the ability to satisfy specific participation requirements, may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions or restricted under Crypto Wallet’s internal policies. Participation and availability are not guaranteed and are subject to the availability of xStocks.

4. Prize

• 4.1. The total Prize Pool for the Giveaway is 50 (fifty) TSLAx.
• 4.2. A total of 50 (fifty) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.
• 4.3. Each winner will receive 1 (one) TSLAx.
• 4.4 The winner selection process and prize distribution will be carried out within sixteen (16) calendar days following the Giveaway End Date. Prizes will be credited directly to each winner’s Crypto Wallet account.
• 4.5. Participants may contact @wallet_supportbot for any Prize-related inquiries within seven (7) calendar days after the Giveaway End Date. After this period, all Prize allocations shall be considered final and will not be subject to further review, adjustment, or dispute.

5. Amendments

• 5.1. Crypto Wallet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time.
• 5.2. Crypto Wallet further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control impair or affect the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

6. Disclaimer

• 6.1. Crypto Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, delays, errors, or malfunctions of any kind (including but not limited to those relating to internet connectivity, Telegram functionality, device compatibility, or Crypto Wallet services) that may affect a participant’s ability to access or participate in the Giveaway, or to receive, claim, or use a Bonus.
• 6.2. The term “Trade” refers solely to the designated feature in Crypto Wallet interface and Giveaway names and does not imply any order matching, bid–ask process, or conventional financial trading activity.
• 6.3. Crypto Wallet makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding the Giveaway or any bonus, including but not limited to its quality, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• 6.4. Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses of any kind (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway, the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Bonus, or any other cause related to the Giveaway.
